Director of Community Programmes & Digital Inclusion
Louis Lennox Sedem Addor leads Uplift Global Hope’s community programmes and digital inclusion initiatives, applying project governance and operational risk management across the organisation’s outreach programmes. Drawing on a background in GRC and IT audit, he identified digital risks facing the local traders and residents the organisation serves and, in response to rising telecom and mobile money fraud, designed and led grassroots Digital Security Awareness workshops covering phishing identification, strong access controls, and safe network practices. He plans and supervises community education programmes, coordinates volunteer tutors, and oversees the deployment of educators who provide Maths, English and basic IT support within communities. Aligning the organisation’s youth development work with instrumental music education, he also has hands-on experience teaching children piano and saxophone — skills that build the discipline, structured thinking and focus that complement technical literacy and strengthen community resilience. His wider background includes project coordination, operations management, and university teaching.
Responsibilities
- Planning and supervising community programmes

Volunteer tutors, not Louis personally, deliver Maths, English and basic IT sessions; Louis coordinates, supervises and monitors these programmes. He personally teaches piano and saxophone as part of the organisation’s music education work.
